Venue Policy & Accessibility Statement
General Admission & Venue Policy
Terminus Underground is a privately owned live music club located in an historic mill building. By purchasing a ticket and/or attending an event, guests agree to follow all venue policies and staff instructions. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any guest whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or violates venue rules. This includes, but is not limited to: harassment, aggressive conduct, non-consensual sexual contact, intoxication and drug-related disturbances, or actions that impact the safety and enjoyment of others.
Accessibility Notice
Our venue is located on the second floor of an historic mill building and is accessible by stairs only. At this time, there is no elevator access. We recognize this may limit access for some guests. This limitation is due to the physical structure of the building, and not a matter of guest selection or preference.
We encourage guests with accessibility questions or needs to contact us in advance so we can discuss what accommodations may be possible within the constraints of the space.
Accommodations
We will make reasonable efforts to support guests where possible, including:
-
Staff assistance for entry and navigation where safe and feasible
-
Seating adjustments when available
-
Communication support for event access needs
Some requests may not be possible due to structural or safety limitations of the building.
Ticketing & Refund Policy
All ticket sales are final unless an event is canceled or rescheduled by the venue. Accessibility limitations are disclosed prior to purchase through our website and event listings.
We are unable to provide refunds for:
-
Inability to attend due to personal circumstances
-
Late arrivals or missed events
If an event is canceled or significantly changed, refund instructions will be provided directly to ticket holders.
Safety & Conduct
We are committed to maintaining a safe environment for all guests, performers, and staff. Guests are expected to follow all posted rules and staff instructions at all times. For safety reasons, we may deny entry or remove individuals whose behavior creates unsafe conditions, violates venue policies, or disrupts operations. All enforcement decisions are based on behavior and safety considerations, not personal characteristics or assumptions. Guests are required to follow all emergency procedures and staff instructions in the event of evacuation. Access to exits and stairways must remain clear at all times.
Animals Policy (Pets & Service Animals)
Pets are not permitted inside the venue at any time. This includes dogs, cats, and emotional support animals. This policy is in place due to crowd density, live music volume, and safety considerations in a small indoor venue. Service animals as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) are permitted. Service animals must remain under control of their handler at all times and must not interfere with safe movement or emergency egress. Owners of service animals must not block aisles, exits, or create safety hazards in the venue. Due to the size and layout of the space, service animals must be able to be safely managed within a high-density, standing-room environment. Service animals may be removed if they are not housebroken, are out of control and the handler does not take effective action to control them, or if they pose a direct threat to the health or safety of others.
Policy Changes
Venue policies may be updated at any time. The most current version will always be posted on our website.
