Membership Waiver & Ticket Terms

1. All ticket holders must check in at the VIP Lounge and present a valid printed or digital ticket for entry.
 

2. Anyone who purchases a ticket automatically becomes a member of Terminus Underground for the event attended and is subject to all membership rules, venue policies, and terms listed below. By purchasing, accepting, or using this ticket, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
 

Membership Agreement

1. Automatic Membership Enrollment: Any person who purchases a ticket is automatically enrolled as a member of Terminus Underground for the event connected to that ticket.
    

2. Membership Compliance
   Membership is conditional upon compliance with all venue rules, safety standards, and conduct expectations. Membership privileges may be revoked for violations.
    

Media Release

1. Photography & Video Consent
   You grant Terminus Underground permission to photograph, film, and use your likeness, image, voice, or appearance in promotional, marketing, social media, and archival materials without compensation.
    

Personal Responsibility

1. Personal Belongings & Respect for Venue
   You are solely responsible for your personal belongings while on the premises. You agree to respect the venue, staff, performers, guests, equipment, décor, and the artistic environment provided.
    

Beverage & Substance Policy

1. Bring Your Own Beverage Privileges
   Members may bring their own beverages where permitted by venue policy. You agree to consume responsibly. Disruptive intoxication may result in removal. Hard drugs and illegal substances are strictly prohibited on the premises.
    

Weapons Policy

1. No Weapons Inside Venue
   Weapons of any kind are not permitted inside Terminus Underground and must remain secured inside your vehicle.
    

Smoking & Vaping Policy

1. No Indoor Smoking or Vaping
   Smoking and vaping are prohibited anywhere inside the building.
    

Right to Refuse Entry / Remove Guests

1. Venue Discretion
   Terminus Underground reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any member or guest for unsafe behavior, harassment, vandalism, policy violations, or conduct that disrupts the event experience. We also have a No Pet policy.
    

Assumption of Risk

1. Event Attendance Risk Acknowledgment
   You understand that live events may involve loud music, crowds, lighting effects, physical movement, and other common entertainment risks. Attendance is voluntary and at your own risk.
    

Acceptance of Terms

1. Agreement by Use of Ticket
   By purchasing a ticket and/or entering the venue, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these membership terms.
